How long will my delivery take?

Most of the products will show an estimated lead time, such as 2-3 working days, products are ordered on-demand from our brand partners.

International deliveries may take longer, please reach out to us for details.

Estimated delivery charges are listed on each product page and the basket.

Any specific, or exceptional, delivery requirements should be agreed with us at the time of purchase and confirmed by email.

Delivery charges for orders outside mainland Britain, in the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Islands, some remote areas of the country and international deliveries will incur a surcharge.

International Deliveries

Please note that the receiver / customer will be responsible for settling any custom clearance fees incurred for goods purchased in the UK and delivered to an address outside the UK. 

If you fail to take delivery of the Goods or if you fail to give us adequate delivery instructions on the date agreed for delivery, then we reserve the right to charge you the subsequent delivery charges.

We recommend that you not confirm the start date for installation with your installer until you have received and checked your delivery. If you do not check if your delivery is correct before installation starts, Tapron Ltd will not accept liability for any additional costs that you incur while any product issues are resolved. 

Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to you when we deliver to your agreed delivery address.

Deliveries are usually made within 3 to 5 working days from the date when received the confirmation. The date of delivery specified by the Seller is an estimate only. Time for delivery shall not be the essence of the contract, and while every reasonable effort will be made to comply with such dates, compliance is not guaranteed. The Buyer shall have no right to damages or to cancel the order for failure for any cause to meet any delivery date stated.

How much does delivery cost?

Orders big or small are shipped for a charge; the exact amount will depend on your purchase and location.

If the order incurs delivery charges, the fees depend on whether the items are classified as category 1 or category 2:

- Category 1, items that we send by FedEx courier (e.g. taps, accessories & toilet sets) charges £9.99.

Category 2, items that we send on a pallet using a delivery freight (fragile, heavy or bulky items, e.g. baths) charges: £45.00

These charges are the delivery charges to all the mainland UK postcode areas except those listed below:

£55 Surcharge:

EH, DG, G, PH, FK, KY, KA, TD, ML, PA.

Any order from these postcode areas will have a surcharge of £55 added to the basic £9.99 or £45 charge above.

e.g. A delivery to postcode area KY of standard only items will cost £9.99 + £55

Delivery to postcode area PH of standard & heavy items will cost £45 + £55

 

£95 Surcharge:

AB, DD, IV.

Any order from these postcode areas will have a surcharge of £95 added to the basic £9.99 or £45 charge above.

e.g. A delivery to postcode area AB of heavy items only will cost £95 + £30

The total amount within your basket will calculate your delivery charge. Outside the UK: prices available upon request.

International deliveries

We usually deliver small items (taps, shower fittings, accessories, etc.) to most Europe. Please reach out to us via live chat or send us an email.

Please note that the receiver / customer will be responsible for settling any custom clearance fees incurred for goods purchased in the UK and delivered to an address outside the UK. 

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery. In any event, we will aim to deliver your goods within 30 days from the day after the day we received your order. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date, or offer you a full refund.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Large item deliveries

Please note that the driver will not be able to take the items to your property. Please notify us of any transit damage either on the delivery note or if there isn't time to check the items thoroughly upon delivery within 48 hours of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights about manufacturing defects and faults.

Returns 

For unwanted items, we offer 30 days for a refund. Please note that there are a few items we are unable to take back, including some special taps and showers, shower trays, toilet seats that have been opened. See our full returns policy.
